Products can be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom‑made products and clearance goods are non‑refundable and non‑returnable.

To start a return, please contact our customer service with your order number. We will provide you with a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

3. Refund Rules

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees for the original order are non‑refundable.
